Alexis Bledel has been cast in the upcoming film, The Kate Logan Affair.
Alexis will play Kate, a young psychologically unstable policewoman. Kate gets involved with a French insurance executive who she mistakenly assumes is a felon. When she fears that he might tell her supervisors about her error, she decides to seduce him in hopes of keeping him quiet.
He succumbs to her advances and the two begin a twisted affair which, in itself is bad, but is only made worse by the fact that he is married!
I'm intrigued to see Alexis in this role as it is so far removed from 'Rory'. Filming is already underway in Montreal and it is due for release next year.
