The pilot episode was screening to critics recently, apparently to mixed reviews. Variety said it shouldn't be counted out. However, this week gossips say that The Bridget Show is “believed to be dead”.
Apparently ABC execs remain fans of Lauren — but the pilot, about a talkshow host who must follow her own advice when her life falls apart, is said to have fallen flat in the screening room.
