Liam and Miley Interview Each Other
The more I see of these two the more I like them. Only a matter of days until The Last Song opens here. Can't wait.
By the way, I didn't realise but Nicholas Sparks wrote the movie script first and consulted Miley during the process!! I had thought it was a book first! I guess that means the film will be very true to the book!!

Not only does the world need more Ricky Martin but it also needs more footage of Kylie shak'n her arse! check this out -
And yes, Ricky has finally confirmed what we all knew - he is gay. Good luck to Ricky and may he shake his bon bon for years to come.
I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man. I am very blessed to be who I am.

It was Matt's night....
It was Matt's night, but I should have been there!!
He received the American Cinematheque award, which is kind of like a mid career type of award. Roasting him on the night were Jimmy Kimmel, who started out by saying he thought the award was for Matt dillon!
Jen Garner stated 'Here's proof that love is alive and well in Hollywood. At least for my darling husband and my husband's darling husband."
And much other hilarity ensued.....more as it comes to hand!

While we're On The Topic...
Here's the official trailer for 'The Runaways' - the movie of the band.
And here are the real Runaways....

Rock On!
I'm loving the cover art for the soundtrack to The Runaways, 'Cherry Bomb' being their signature tune. May just buy it for that as I'm not sure that the covers will live up to the originals. Joan Jett is on high rotation at our place at the moment due to my son enjoying rocking out to 'Bad Reputation'!
The tracks on the album will probably ensure that it sells well. With songs by David Bowie, Sex Pistols, Joan Jett and several other rock icons, how could it go wrong?
Roxy Roller - Nick Gilder
The Wild One - Suzi Quatro
It’s A Man’s Man’s Man’s World - MC5
Rebel Rebel - David Bowie
Cherry Bomb - Dakota Fanning
Hollywood - The Runaways
California Paradise - Dakota Fanning
You Drive Me Wild - The Runaways
Queens of Noise - Dakota Fanning & Kristen Stewart
Dead End Justice - Kristen Stewart & Dakota Fanning
I Wanna Be Your Dog - The Stooges
I Wanna Be Where the Boys Are (Live) - The Runaways
Pretty Vacant - Sex Pistols
Don’t Abuse Me - Joan Jett
.
My favourite Runaways song - 'School Days' hasn't made it on but you can't have everything.

Jen Adds Some Colour
Our favourite eye candy couple are still doing the promotional circuit which is great for us as it means more shots like this. Gerard is looking very trim but Jen was the one that surprised me. Known for wearing monochrome and neutral colours, Jen decided to shake it up and appeared in this knockout dress. Do you like it?

Weekly Gilmore Moment - Luke and Jess
This scene from the very early days of Jess's stay in Star's Hollow is one of the funniest scenes of this season. I remember rewinding it many, many times and laughing out loud every time. Not only is Luke off on one of his rants but he's met his match in Jess. Luke is determined to get the last word!

Travesty
I can't believe I left Michelle's show stopper dress off the Yellow list. This was a fabulous fashion moment and made a lasting impression - like all good fashion should.
Fashionably Green
I actually think I want to vote for Miley again but in the interest of keeping some credibility I'll go for the first Sienna dress. Which is your pick?

FINE YOUNG CANNIBALS
I thought Roland Gift was the gift! Their music was a bit different, a bit hip and groovy and Roland oozed sex!!! They were the Fine Young Cannibals. Hailing from Birmingham, their music hit the airwaves throughout the mid to late 80's with hits such as Johnny Come Home, Blue, Suspicious Minds, Ever Fallen in Love, Good Thing, She Drives me Crazy etc.
The inspiration for their name came from a 1960 film called 'All the Fine Young Cannibals' starring Natalie Wood and Robert Wagner in their first film together as husband and wife.
Roland also dabbled in a little acting featuring in the 1988 film called SAMMY AND ROSIE GET LAID, directed by Stephen Frears, who now directs successful films like THE QUEEN and one of my all time faves, High Fidelity! He did release a solo album but with little success. These days best at hibernating it appears!!

Thank God it's Josh
Anyone recognise the guy at the top???
It's Josh Lawson! (You may know him from 'Thank God You're Here')
Looks like he's scored himself an American sitcom which is fantastic.
'Romantically Challenged' is about four friends trying to find love and happiness while navigating their way through today’s tricky world of dating.
Kyle Bornheimer stars as Perry Gill, Josh Lawson as Shawn Goldwater and Kelly Stables as Lisa Thomas. The Beautiful Alyssa Milano stars as Rebecca.
Haven't seen a review yet but hopefully for Josh's sake it does well.

Saturday is Fantasy Day - in sympathy
This night.....
Now this is a night I should be attending. I've just finished watching his brilliant performance in the series finale of ENTOURAGE and am now so excited to see this!
" Actor Matt Damon is scheduled to be the recipient of the 24th American Cinematheque Award March 27 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel’s International Ballroom in Beverly Hills, Calif. Presenting the honor will be Ben Affleck, Damon’s good friend and frequent co-star, with whom he shares a Best Original Screenplay Oscar for the script to 1997’s “Good Will Hunting,” in which both headlined.
Joining Affleck in paying homage to the “Green Zone” star will be his wife, Jennifer Garner, and comedienne Sarah Silverman, Casey Affleck, Don Cheadle, Clint Eastwood, Greg Kinnear, Charlize Theron and Robin Williams.
Actors George Clooney and Ben Stiller will give tribute to the actor in their own individual pre-taped comic sketches during the ceremony. Likewise, another short film to be played at the event will denote Damon’s humanitarian efforts, as narrated by former President Bill Clinton."
It's being telecast at some stage in the US, so if anyone gets a sniff of where I can see a copy, please let me know, immediately!!!
