My new 'friend' 'Gregory Smith has been tapped to co-star opposite Missy Peregrym in the Canadian cop drama "Copper". Billed as "Grey's Anatomy" set in the world of rookie cops, "Copper" centers on Andy McNally (Peregrym), a newly minted cop fresh from the academy whose first day on the job doesn't go as well as she had wished. Smith will play Dov, another recent graduate from the academy trying to navigate his way as a rookie cop. Canadian Smith, best known for his role as Ephram Brown on "Everwood," And Missy is an old friend of the 'hollow', best known for her roles in 'LIFE AS WE KNOW IT' and STICK IT.
