More Chad Michael Murray!!!

This short film seems to have a lot more artistic credibility than 'Christmas Cupid', with a stellar cast which just happens to include Chad as the lynch pin to the story....


'The Carrier' tells the story of a grieving mother dealing with the loss of her philandering son. She discovers a secret that will profoundly influence her life, the lives around her, and ultimately a new understanding of her son.

Christmas Cupid

Sometimes there are movies that just have to be watched regardless of how potentially dodgy they may be.  You may be compelled due to a certain actor, a topic that's of personal interest or , like in the case of 'The Prince and I 3', just to see how bad a franchise can actually get before it implodes!  
The movie I am sharing with you today falls in to the category of - 'I have to watch it because he's in it' category.  A perfect example of this category is Zac Efron in 'The Derby Stallion'.  

Now even I know this is not a great film but I watched it (and own it) purely because it has Zac in it.  
Which brings us to 'Christmas Cupid', a made for TV movie starring Christina Milian and Ashley Benson - but most importantly CHAD MICHAEL MURRAY.  There it is!  The reason.  I am a C.M.M. fan and proud to out myself as such. We have missed him since he and Peyton drove off into the sunset on One Tree Hill so any sighting is better than nothing - so please enjoy the trailer for CHRISTMAS CUPID...



 I do not particularly suggest you rush out and watch this movie - it's not appalling but it is a good mid-day movie.  Chad is of course fabulous (please take my bias in to consideration) and Christina is OK.  The stand out being Ashley Benson from Pretty Little Liars who makes a very appealing coked up movie starlet.

He's Back

Hell Yes!!!  A couple of days ago Chad Michael Murray announced to his Twitter followers that his character Lucas would be returning to Tree Hill for one episode in their final season!  There is nothing better than a beloved character coming back and Tree Hill without Chad just isn't right.  The Scott brothers are back!!  Unfortunately Peyton won't be joining him but you can't have everything.

One Tree Hill

Could it be possible?  There is talk that now that OTH is coming into it's final 13 episodes there is a chance that Lucas and Peyton may make a return.  How fantastic.  While I'm sad that OTH is coming to an end, it has had a great run and at least we have one more short season to watch.
Fingers crossed that Hilarie Burton and Chad Michael Murray can clear their schedules to make an appearance in Tree Hill.

I think my One Tree Hill post must have released some C.M.M. vibes because I have just found out that he is starring in the Lifetime original movie, Lies in Plain Sight. I wonder if I can get my hands on a copy here in Australia? You know I'll be trying my damnedest.

Exciting News For OTH Fans

For all of us who haven't quite got over the fact that Lucas and Peyton have left Tree Hill and are still living with the hope that they will turn up at Hayley and Nathan's one day out of the blue - don't give up that dream...Mark Schwan recently revealed that everyone over on One Tree Hill is game for Lucas and Peyton to return.

"If schedules don't work [for Brooke's wedding], maybe we'll bring back Chad and Hilarie at a later date," he said. "If we get a full season maybe at the end of the journey, but those two characters are a big part of this world. We've talked about it, and there seems to be interest from all sides."

I think this bit of news has gone a long way towards closing up the Chad Michael Murray sized whole in my heart and I only hope this is not just a tease. Maybe I can incorporate this into the script I have been developing for the Lucas/Peyton spin-off show!

Chad Michael Murray - Hello!

We haven't seen much of our old friend Chad since he left One Tree Hill. I kind of miss the little dirt bag (see Sophia for details). He was seen out and about without the new scrubber at the Data Awards recently. It’s been rumoured that Chad has taken the lead role in a film called Paradi$e, an action / family drama flick, but as yet there’s no confirmed word.

I've been watching multiple One Tree Hill episodes tonight so I thought I'd check in and see what Chad Michael Murray has been up to. Here he is on Saturday strolling around a farmer's market with his fiancee Kenzie. (And yes, she is very young! She was born 2 years after I left school for christ sake.)

Bad News From Capeside

Oh no, James Van Der Beek (Dawson Leery) and his wife, Heather McComb, are splitting up. (who knew Dawson was even married?)


They were married in 2003 — two months after he left Dawson's Creek. James most recently played a movie director on One Tree Hill, while Heather appeared on Prison Break this season.
Poor old Dawson, he never was that lucky in love - even Joey chose Pacey over him.
Looks like we may have to keep an eye on Mr Van Der Beek and make sure he has better luck. You'll always be a sentimental favourite with us though James.
