Re-Vamped Miley

Miley has updated her official website, reflecting her new style and moving on from the pop princess that followed her Hannah Montana days.  The new version seems to sit more comfortably with Miley's style which is much more country/rock than pop.  The site also has a wonderful version of 'Lilac Wine' sung in Miley's Backyard Sessions.

Miley's Shock New Hair!

A couple of days ago we shared with you Miley's new platinum locks - well it turns out she hadn't quite finished with her transformation. Clearly the blonde was only stage one. Miley took to Twitter, as she loves to do, and shared a pic of her bun about to go bye-bye! 

She received an outpouring of shock from her fans but she was not to be deterred...

 

Off went the bun and Miss Miley is now rock'n a blonde undercut with side swept fringe.

 

She commented that she has 'never felt more me in my whole life' 

 What do you think? Love it or Hate it?  Either way it was a brave move so all kudos to her.

Miley's Gone Blonde

Miley has taken the plunge and decided to have a bit of fun with her hair.  I'm just thrilled that she is removing the extensions more often these days.  So far I think it looks great although I am still a fan of Miley as a warm brunette.  What are your thoughts?

What are your thoughts about this?  Posted online, but apparently not for everyone to see, it was meant for Liam only.  Oops.  Oh well, we all know she loves to show off a bit of side boob, I don't think she'll be too disappointed.

Don't Shoot Miley!!!

On Wednesday night police surrounded Miley Cyrus' mansion, weapons drawn, watching for an armed kidnapper to slip out the back door.
Fortunately not only was there no kidnapper, but no one at all at home at the time.
Miley was the target of "swatting" -- a prank in which an anonymous caller reports a serious crime to authorities so a SWAT team will swarm an innocent person's home.
The caller, whom Los Angeles police are said to be tracking, told a 911 operator that Miley's property had been invaded by a kidnapper and there had been a shooting.
At least a dozen officers and firefighters responded to the scene, according to L.A. Now. Luckily for all involved, it turned out to be a hoax.
Can't you just picture some pimpley schoolboys giggling at their hilarious prank. Unfortunately for them making a false call to 911 is a misdemeanor in California. Convicted pranksters could serve up to a year in jail -- or, if someone is hurt in a SWAT raid, three years.

The Future Mr & Mrs Hemsworth

Anyone who reads this blog will know that I am rather a large fan of Ms Cyrus so the news of her engagement caused much excitment.  I adore Miley and Liam as a couple and despite the fact that I think 19 is mighty young to be getting engaged I wish them all the happiness in the world and look forward to seeing Miley spend more time in Melbourne in the future.  


Miley and Liam met on the set of their movie 'The Last Song' way back in 2009 and immediately hit it off.  They have now been together for three years.  Despite Miley's fame she's a down to earth southern country chick at heart - and Liam, the surfer dude from Phillip Island seems to suit her beautifully.  She's a straight talker who tries to stay true to herself and Liam suffers no bullshit, like most Australians - may they have a long and happy life together.
