RIP DAVY JONES

Today we mourn the loss of the wonderful Davy Jones, the lead singer of The Monkees, and all round great guy.

Even if you are not old enough to remmeber the wonderful TV show or The Monkees many hits, you may remember Davy in the 70's when he visited Marcia in an episode of The Brady Bunch and invited her to her junior prom!  Or in the 90's when he guest starred on an episode of Sabrina The Teenage Witch.
 Davy was only 66 years old when he died of a heart attack to the great surprise of his family who commented that he had been fit as a fiddle leading up to the sad event.
