Apparently Zac Efron is producing and starring in a remake of Snabba Cash, a Swedish thriller about three friends involved in the drug trade and organized crime. The movie is based on a 2006 novel written by Jens Lapidus. Zac will play the central character, a money launderer trying to strike it rich by running cocaine for a dealer. The title roughly translates to “easy money”. This was reportedly a hot commodity with Warner Bros. with Zac winning the rights after a bidding war. What a little mogel our boy is turning out to be.
