Ok , so Miley has a new tattoo, right under her boob. It is reminding her to breathe!!! The only problem is, it might be a little awkward for her to actually see the tattoo. At least when she gets older she'll be able to forget she ever had it (hidden by saggy boobage!!)

I say its her body she deicises what to do with it so if thays here thing thats ok
her friend actually died due to a lung issue. hence her tattoo.
